  • Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your purchase.

  • Order Fulfillment: We will use commercially reasonable efforts to fulfill your order within 8-15 business days of receiving your confirmed order and payment.

2. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. You will see the total shipping cost before confirming your order.

  • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout and are based on the chosen shipping method. These are estimates and actual delivery times may vary.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned artwork, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs) within 15 business days.

  • Non-returnable Items: We do not accept returns for custom artwork, commissioned pieces, or artwork that has been damaged after delivery.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All content on the Service, including artwork, images, text, and other materials, is protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws. You may not use any content on the Service without our prior written permission.

  • Purchases: Purchases of digital media grants you personal, non-commercial use rights only. Redistribution or resale of any media, in part or in whole, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from KimBinu (a subsidiary of Infinnovate, Inc.).

  • Artist Rights: KimBinu retains the copyright and moral rights to all artwork displayed on the website.
